Headmaster at Kiles school, former blues musician and Shoe salesman. He now takes his job and education very seriously, which makes him very uptight and he runs a tight ship. He often creates quick jingles to sing to the children or the schools PA system. However, Principal Bumcheck is convinced that Kile is always up to mischief and his absolute obsession is to catch Kile in the “act”. Therefore he spends his days, whizzing around corners, conspiring with his assistant all in an effort to catch Kile. Side-note: Fallon Angelo, has a huge crush on him. It’s probably the musical connection.
